William F. Seal Jr.

SUFFOLK—William Francis Seal Jr., 56, died Aug. 31, 2008, at his home with his family and friends present.
Born Feb. 20, 1952 in Norfolk, he was the son of Virginia Hall Seal Bain and the late William F. Seal Sr.
He had a love for the outdoors and he was an avid fisherman and hunter.
He was a dedicated blood donor with the Red Cross and a fund-raiser for the Special Olympics.
He donated many hours to coaching little league baseball
and Pop Warner football.
He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Catherine Wyatt Seal of Suffolk; a son, William “Richie” Seal and fianc/ Myna Cisco of Zuni; a mother-in-law, Peggy Hobbs Wyatt of Hobbsville; four adopted grandchildren, Missy Small, Nikki, AJ and Austin Rawles; and many friends and family.
A visitation will be held at the Purviance Chapel on Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. in Wakefield.
The family requests that visitors
wear casual attire. A graveside memorial service will be Saturday at 4 p.m. in Waverly Cemetery in Waverly.
