To the Editor:

Since 1992 the citizens of Southampton County and the City of Franklin have been fortunate to have Bill Barlow to represent us in the General Assembly. Bill has been a tireless advocate for our community.

I know firsthand Bill’s commitment to law enforcement, and he has worked with us to make our community safer.

During these difficult times we need a man of Bill’s experience and leadership as our legislator in Richmond.

I encourage the citizens of Southampton County, Franklin and the rest of House District 64 to vote for Bill Barlow on Tuesday.
