Kathryn Krystle Cobb and Leslie Trenton Raiford exchanged wedding vows Saturday, May 1, 2010, at Colosse Baptist Church. The Rev. Tim Webb performed the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Kevin Cobb of Windsor. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Julian Jenkins of Windsor and Mrs. Raymond Cobb of Black Creek.

The groom is the son of Leslie Raiford of Culpeper and Mr. and Mrs. Merriel Raiford of Gaston Lake, N.C. He is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. William Uzzle and the late Mr. and Mrs. George Spiers.

Scripture reading was given by Diann Whitley, aunt of the bride.

Tammy Carr and Jeff Byrum provided music. Talmadge Darden was organist.

Amy M. Saloitti, friend of the bride, was matron of honor. Wendy G. Marshall, friend of the bride, was maid of honor. Kira L. Pulliam, cousin of the bride, was bridesmaid.

Jacob E. Payez, friend of the groom, served as best man.

Groomsmen were Dustin J. Cobb, brother of the bride, and Steven M. Raiford, brother of the groom.

Kaydence L. Carter, cousin of the bride, was flower girl.

Mistresses of ceremonies were Joyce J. Carter and Diann J. Whitley, aunts of the bride. Wedding planner was Lou Ann J. Darden, aunt of the bride.

The bride’s parents hosted a reception at Carrsville Community Center.

The groom’s mother and father hosted a rehearsal dinner at Cypress Cove County Club.

The couple took a honeymoon to Jamaica.

Sharon Morgan and Sandra Fowler gave an around-the-clock shower.

Mr. and Mrs. Sammy Moore and Mr. and Mrs. Stephen Raiford gave a couple’s dinner and shower at Seventh Day Adventist Church in Windsor.

Joyce Carter, Lou Ann Darden and Diann Whitley hosted a bridesmaid luncheon at Southern Sisters in Courtland.
