WINDSOR—Peggy O’Neal Whitehead, 68, of Windsor passed away Nov. 23, 2010.

Peggy retired after 38 years of service with Sentara Obici Hospital.

She is survived by her brother, Davis Patrick O’Neal of Suffolk; daughter, Kande Cole of Ivor; and son Kevin Whitehead of Windsor.

A celebration of life service will be held 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 26, at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory, 3515 Robs Drive, Suffolk. Inurnment will be at Western Branch Baptist Church Cemetery at a later date.

Parr Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
