Woman sent to prison for setting fire

COURTLAND—A Capron woman will spend three years behind bars for setting some curtains on fire during a fight with her boyfriend.
Tracy Warren Parham, 47, also was ordered to pay $130,513 in restitution for damage to the home.
Parham was sentenced on an arson charge in Southampton County Circuit Court last week.
According to court records, deputies responded to a house fire at 18454 Barrow Road in Capron on Nov. 11, 2009. Parham told police she and her boyfriend got into a fight and she set some curtains in the home on fire.
Parham also must pay $420 in court costs.
