Cynthia Pegram of Stony Creek and Moses Wyche of Capron have announced their engagement.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Glover Pegram of Stony Creek and the late Louise T. Pegram. She is a nursing supervisor at Southside Virginia Training Center in Petersburg and also works at Stony Creek Community Health Center.

Her fiancé is the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Frank “Ben” Wyche of Capron.

He retired as store manager from J.T. Barham. He is employed by Southampton County Public Schools and Engram Funeral Home in Franklin.

The couple will marry Dec. 18, 2011.
