Collin Bowden led the Chargers with 11 points in the win. Teammate Nathan Silvertson scored 10.

Rayshard Brown led Portsmouth Christian with 27 points.

The Chargers are 1-0 in the Metro Conference and will take on conference foe Denbigh Bpatist Christian at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 6., in Newport News.
