AMELIA—Tidewater Academy dropped to 8-4 after a 76-39 loss to Amelia Academy Monday.

Cary Beahm led the Lady Warriors with 14 points and 15 rebounds in the loss. Falon Williams added six points and Samantha Dunn added five rebounds.

In action from Thursday, the girls took a 48-33 victory over Fuqua School.

Beahm led all scorers with 23 points and added eight rebounds, five assists and four steals. Williams scored 17 points and had seven rebounds.

Tidewater Academy faces Christchurch School at 7:30 p.m. today, Jan. 11, in Wakefield.
