COURTLAND—A Franklin man has been released from Southampton Memorial Hospital after he was shot in the leg at 12:35 a.m. Saturday in the 25000 block of Oak Trail in Courtland, the Southampton County Sheriff’s Office reported.

A relative took Timarus Reid, 22, to the hospital.

There are no suspects.
