How’s business going: Business is great. So far, 2013 has brought us new clients and a lot of repeat business.

One thing you wish everyone knew about your business: Travel agents are not extinct. I am here to act as your personal vacation planner, to ensure you get the best price and have the best vacation experience possible.

Something you offer that a customer won’t find elsewhere: I work when most others don’t. Since I work a full-time job during the day, my office hours are at night, which is often more convenient for my clients. I also come to you for personalized planning services and document delivery.

Advice to young entrepreneurs: Nothing beats the power of a positive referral. Make every interaction a great one.

Your role model (in business or in life generally) and why: My dad, Robert Beale. He helped me start my business and taught me the importance of great customer service.
