Jennifer Ann Turner and Derek James Powell are proud to announce the arrival of Gabriel James Powell, who was born Aug. 30, 2013, at 7:08 p.m.

At birth, the baby weighed 6 pounds and 12 ounces and was 19 ¾ inches long. He was born at Southampton Memorial Hosptial.

The maternal grandmother is Tammy Lemke. The maternal grandfather is Duke Turner.

The paternal grandparents are Sarah and Ritchie Powell.
