FRANKLIN—Emma and Roy Denson of Franklin are thrilled to announce the upcoming wedding of their daughter, Tina Marie Denson, to Michael Joseph Dauses of Newport News. Michael is the son of the late Cynthia and Joseph Dauses, who lived in Williamsburg.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of Franklin High School and Christopher Newport University, where she received a degree in psychology.

Tina is employed by Ferguson Enterprises as a senior corporate meeting and event planner.

The groom-to-be is a graduate of Christ Church High School and Wingate University, where he received his marketing degree.

He is a top salesman for CarMax.

A beach wedding will take place at Kitty Hawk, North Carolina, on Sept. 6, 2014.

The couple will reside in Newport News.
