NONCOMPLIANCE WITH INDUSTRIAL
PRETREATMENT STANDARDS

In accordance with requirements of the Clean Water Act (40 CFR 403.8(f) (2) (VII). Notice is hereby given that AEC Virginia LLC was deemed to be in significant noncompliance for technical violations of its wastewater pretreatment permit for calendar year 2014.
