ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The Plaintiff filed this suit pursuant to Va. Code § 58.1-3965, et seq., to enforce its delinquent tax liens against the following real estate standing in the name of Robert G. Culpepper:

Tax Map No.: 62C-1-7 & 62C-1-8 Brief Description: Lots 7 & 8, Bethel Farms

An affidavit having been filed that the Plaintiff used due diligence to locate Robert G. Culpepper, but without effect; that the last post office address of Robert G. Culpepper is 1302 Jefferson Street, Chesapeake, VA 23324; that the Plaintiff served Defendant Edward J. Woodard, Jr., Trustee by Service upon the Secretary of the Commonwealth at his last post office address of FCI Fort Dix, P.O. Box 2000, Fort Dix, NJ 08640; that the Plaintiff used due diligence to locate the unknown successor in interest to Bank of the Commonwealth, but without effect; that the last known post office address of the unknown successor in interest to Bank of the Commonwealth is unknown; and that there may be others who have an interest in the property whose names and addresses are unknown, those claiming through the aforementioned parties, all such persons made defendants as “Parties Unknown.”

It is ORDERED that this Order be published at least once a week for two successive weeks in the Tidewater News, a newspaper of general circulation in Southampton, Virginia, and that the parties named herein appear at 10 a.m. May 21, 2015, in the Southampton Circuit Court Clerk’s Office and do what may be necessary to protect their respective interests.
