ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The Plaintiff filed this suit pursuant to Va. Code § 58.1-3965, et seq., to enforce its delinquent tax liens against the following real estate standing in the name of Lucy Hendricks Haynes aka Lucy Fulgham Hendricks:

An affidavit having been filed that the Plaintiff used due diligence to locate the unknown heirs, devisees and successors in interest of Lucy Hendricks Haynes aka Lucy Fulgham Hendricks, but without effect; that the last post office addresses of the unknown heirs, devisees and successors in interest of Lucy Hendricks Haynes aka Lucy Fulgham Hendricks are unknown; that the Plaintiff served Defendant Rebecca L. Haynes by Service upon the Secretary of the Commonwealth at her last post office address of 2141 8th Avenue, Oakland, CA 94606 and have used due diligence to ascertain any other location for her, but without effect; that the Plaintiff served Defendant John W. Haynes, Jr. by Service upon the Secretary of the Commonwealth at his last post office address of 1117 Bryn Mawr Avenue, Salisbury, MD 21804 and have used due diligence to ascertain any other location for him, but without effect; and that there may be others who have an interest in the property whose names and addresses are unknown, those claiming through the aforementioned parties, all such persons made defendants as “Parties Unknown.”

It is ORDERED that this Order be published at least once a week for two successive weeks in the Tidewater News, a newspaper of general circulation in Southampton, Virginia, and that the parties named herein appear at 10 a.m. May 28, 2015, in the Southampton Circuit Court Clerk’s Office and do what may be necessary to protect their respective interests.
