Malcolm Greene and Vonquisha Turner of Windsor High School’s track team each took home at least one silver medal at this past Friday’s 2A State Track and Field Meet.

The meet was at Radford University over the course of two days.

• Greene finished second in both the long jump and the triple jump. He reached a distance of 22-feet, 4.5-inches in the long jump and 46-feet, 6-inches in the triple.

• Turner finished second in the 100-meter with a time of 12.63 seconds and fifth in the 200 with a time of 26.54 seconds.

• The girls 4×100 team of Taijii Skeeter, Destiny Barnes, CeCe Gibson and Turner finished fifth at the event with a time of 51.62 seconds.

• Breon Stocks finished ninth in the 100 with a time of 11.61 seconds.

• Keshawn Reid finished 11th in the high jump, reaching 5-feet, 10-inches.

• Skeeter’s time of 13.43 seconds in the 100 did not qualify her for the finals.
