ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The Plaintiff filed this suit pursuant to Va. Code § 58.1-3965, et seq., to enforce its delinquent tax liens against the following real estate standing in the name of John L. Tubbs:

Tax Map No.: 112A-2-17 Brief Description: Lot 17 W.W. White, Jr. Plat

An affidavit having been filed that the Plaintiff served Defendant John L. Tubbs by posted service at his last known post office address of 34457 Joyner Road, Branchville, VA 23828 and has used due diligence to ascertain any other location for him, but without effect; and that the Plaintiff served Defendant Sherman A. Vincent, Jr. by substitute service of a family member at his last known post office address of 17246 Pittman Road, Boykins, VA 23827 and has used due diligence to ascertain any other location for him, but without effect. Without personally served the suit upon the Defendant, the Plaintiff wishes to use an abundance of caution and provide notice of these proceedings by Order of Publication.

It is ORDERED that this Order be published at least once a week for two successive weeks in the Tidewater News, a newspaper of general circulation in Southampton, Virginia, and that the parties named herein appear at 10 a.m. August 4, 2015, in the Southampton Circuit Court Clerk’s Office and do what may be necessary to protect their respective interests.
