ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The Plaintiff filed this suit pursuant to Va. Code § 58.1-3965, et seq., to enforce its delinquent tax liens against the following real estate standing in the name of Dennis Butler:

Tax Map No.: 74-32Z Brief Description: 5.26 AC EAST RT. 731

An affidavit having been filed that the Plaintiff used due diligence to locate the unknown heirs, devisees and successors in interest of Dennis Butler, but without effect; that the last post office addresses of the unknown heirs, devisees and successors in interest of Dennis Butler are unknown; that the Plaintiff used due diligence to locate Amanda Lee Butler and Paul W. Butler at their last post office address of 27217 Midway Drive, Courtland, VA 23837 and used due diligence to ascertain any other location for them, but without effect; the Plaintiff served Defendant Paul Lee Butler by posted service at his last known post office address of 3718 Kingman Avenue, Portsmouth, VA 23701 and has used due diligence to ascertain any other location for him, but without effect; and that there may be others who have an interest in the property whose names and addresses are unknown, those claiming through the aforementioned parties, all such persons made defendants as “Parties Unknown.”

It is ORDERED that this Order be published at least once a week for two successive weeks in the Tidewater News, a newspaper of general circulation in Southampton, Virginia, and that the parties named herein appear at 10 a.m. September 1, 2015, in the Southampton Circuit Court Clerk’s Office and do what may be necessary to protect their respective interests.
