In execution of a Deed of Trust in the original principal amount of $229,837.00, with an annual interest rate of 6.625000% from DALE TROTTER AND COLLEEN TROTTER dated May 2, 2007, recorded among the land records of the Circuit Court for the CITY OF FRANKLIN as Deed Instrument Number 070001896, the undersigned appointed Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction in the CITY OF FRANKLIN, at the front of the Circuit Court building for the County of Franklin located on the corner of East Court and Main Streets, Rocky Mount, Virginia on November 20, 2015 at 2:30 PM, the property with improvements to wit:
