COURTLAND — Keith A. Cobb, 63, passed away on Oct. 17, 2015.

Keith was a native of Franklin, a member of Black Creek Baptist Church where he was a former deacon, and a graduate of Chowan College. Keith was the former manager of the IT Department at International Paper Company, and a former member of the Black Creek-Burdette Ruritan Club and the Hunterdale Ruritan Club. He loved the UNC Tarheels, fishing and John Wayne.

Left to cherish his memory are his mother, Jessie Tomlin Cobb of Franklin; one daughter, Lindsay Taylor Cobb of San Francisco, California; one son, Brandon Rodgers Cobb (Michelle) of Franklin; one sister, Celeste C. Kelly (Pat) of Dothan, Alabama; two brothers, Tomlin Cobb (Karen) and Kevin Cobb, both of Windsor; nieces and nephews; and his beloved dog “Maximus Otis.”

Keith was predeceased by his father, Raymond J. Cobb.

At Keith’s request there will be no public service.
