OVERBY JR. dated August 8, 2007, recorded among the land records of the Circuit Court for the COUNTY OF SOUTHAMPTON as Deed Instrument Number 070003650, the undersigned appointed Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction in the COUNTY OF SOUTHAMPTON, at the front of the Circuit Court building for the County of Southampton located at 22350 Main Street, Courtland, Virginia on December 10, 2015 at 4:30 PM, the property with improvements to wit:

PARCEL ONE: All of that certain lot, tract or parcel of land lying, being and situate in the Town of Boykins, Southampton County, Virginia, known, numbered and designated as Lot #19 as shown on that certain plat of W.W. White Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 6, at page 186, said lot being a frontage of 81.7 feet on East Street and running back along side line for a distance of 140 feet and being a width at rear of 84.3 feet.
PARCEL TWO: All of that certain lot or parcel of land lying, being and situate in the Town of Boykins, Southampton County, Virginia, known, numbered and designated as Parcel “A” on that certain plat entitled “Plat Showing Properties of W.W. White Est., J.R. Newsoms, Jr., Louis Lucasti, Located in Town of Boykins, Southampton County, Va., Scale: 1″ equals 40′, Sept. 3, 1965, S.V. Camp, III & Associates, Certified Land Surveyor, Courtland, VA”, said plat recorded in Plat Book 8 at Page 193, and more particularly described as follows: Commencing at a point located at the southwest corner of Lot 19, as owned by Louis Lucasti; thence North 71 degrees West for a distance of 146.35 feet to the property belonging to White and Lassiter Timber Company; thence North 9 degrees 41 degrees West for a distance of 69.85 feet; thence North 81 degrees East for a distance of 53.57 feet; thence South 70 degrees East for a distance of 133.93 feet to the northwest corner of Lot 19;. thence South 19 degrees 20′ West for a distance of 84.16 feet to the point and place of beginning.
PARCEL THRK: All of Section A shown on Plat entitled “Plat Showing Property for W.W. White Estate, Town of Boykins, Southampton County, Virginia, Scale 1″ = 50′, November 4, 1975, Survey by S.V. Camp, III and Associates, C.L.S., Courtland, Virginia, Total Area = 0.649 Acre” said Section A fronts on East Street for a distance of 40′ and extends in a westerly direction as shown on said Plat to the property now or formerly owned by White and Lassiter, said Section A contains 11,725 square feet or 0.269 Acres. A copy of said plat recorded in Deed Book 324 at Page 581.
