FRANKLIN — Clarence Lamar Jacobs, 8, passed away on Tuesday, Dec. 15, 2015.

He was born on Jan. 17, 2007, and was a 2nd grader at S.P. Morton Elementary School in Franklin, Virginia.

The visitation will take place from noon until 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 22, in T.E. Cooke-Overton Funeral Home Inc., Suffolk.

The celebration of life service will take place on Wednesday, Dec. 23, at 1 p.m. in Divine Church of Deliverance & Transformation Holiness Church, Suffolk.
