CINNAMINSON, N.J. — Ernestine Stephenson Coats passed away on Dec. 20, 2015, at the Cinnaminson Wood Nursing Home, New Jersey.

She was a resident of Franklin, Virginia, for 60 years prior to moving to Louisville, Kentucky, and South New Jersey.

She attended Hayden Elementary School in Franklin, Dwight Morrow High School and Virginia Union University.

She was lovingly known as Tine.

She is survived by her son, Jamie Stephenson, and daughter, Angela Stephenson; six grandchildren, Keleb Stephenson, Cierra Hunt, Shamarra Dix, Keemani Croomes, Keeanje Stephenson and Khanajah Binns; one great-grandchild, Johnathan Hunt; five sisters; and two brothers.

The viewing and funeral will be on Wednesday, Dec. 30, beginning at 10:30 a.m. om May Funeral Home, 45 Pine St., Willingboro New Jersey.
