FRANKLIN
The Franklin Police Department announces the arrival of a new RADAR trailer. The Kustom Signal Smart 650 Speed trailer was obtained through grant funding with the Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services.

In addition to displaying current speed, this new unit will flash warnings to drivers of vehicles being operated over the posted speed limit and will capture data including date, time and speed, allowing them to plan future enforcement actions.
