WINDSOR — Richard Anthony Waicunas, 67, passed away on Jan. 26, 2016, at his home.

Rich was a native of Connecticut, and was a son of the late Frank and Mary Waicunas.

Left to cherish his memory are his beloved Patsy DeLucia; a daughter, Tara Spielman; two sons, Jason Waicunas and Nate Waicunas (Lauren); two sisters; and two grandchildren.

The graveside service with military honors will be at 3 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 31, in Southampton Memorial Park, Franklin.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the funeral in Wright Funeral Home, Franklin, and suggests that memorial donations be made to the American Heart Association, the American Diabetes Association or the Wounded Warriors Project.
