All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land, with all improvements thereon and appurtenances thereto belonging, lying and being in the Town of Boykins, Southampton County, Virginia, and known and designated as 2.289 Acres, as shown on a plat entitled, “PLAT SHOWING ADDITION TO 33216 PINECREST DRIVE, PROPERTY OF RODERICK W. EDWARDS”, and prepared by Pat L. Carpenito – Land Surveyor, dated June 30, 2001, and recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Southampton County, Virginia, in Plat Book 24, page 192, reference is hereby made to said plat for a more particular description of the property.
