FRANKLIN— lrma S. Foreman, 71, of the 200 Block of Hogart Street died Friday March 25, 2016 peacefully in her home with family.
She was a native of Franklin, VA and was born to the late Clinton L. & Bernice Scott. She was educated in Franklin City Public Schools. She was a daycare provider for over 20 years. She was also The Co-Pastor of New Day Christian Center in Boykins, VA. She was also one of the original Scott Singers founded by the late Bernice Scott.
She leaves to cherish her memories her sons: Carl Foreman (Daisy), Bobby Foreman (Natalie) of Orlando, FL., two adopted sons: Bryan Beamer (Jewelz) of Maryland and Ed Turner (Amy) of Courtland, two step-daughters: Wanda Trotter (Kenneth) and Gina Weatherly of Hampton, VA; her grandchildren: Carl Jr. of Colorado, Sandra Foreman of Suffolk and Andre Foreman of Norfolk, VA, Khalil Wiggins and Tiawan Wiggins both of Franklin, VA; a great grand, Ariana Foreman; four sisters: Joyce Beamer of Miami, FL, Mazina Porter and Evelyn Square (Ernest) both of Suffolk, VA and Ginger Scott of Franklin, VA: her brothers: Clinton B. Scott (Linda) Randolph Scott, W. Herbert Scott and Terry Scott (Terry) all of Franklin, VA, Timothy Scott (Stella) of Baltimore, MD and Jerry Scott (Schulyer) of Atlanta, GA.
A wake service will be held Friday at from 6 to 8 p.m. A life of Celebration will be at noon on Saturday, April 2, 2016 at Apostolic Faith Church of God, Franklin VA.
