WINDSOR — Minister Robert Hee of Pheasant Lane passed away on April 15, 2016.

He was born on Aug. 5, 1950, in New York.

The memorial service will be at 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 7, in Union Hill U.C.C., 16192 Union Hill Road, Sedley, Virginia, where the Rev. Roy Stokes is pastor.
