Prince Lockhart, 24, Hall Street, Franklin, on charges of contempt of court.

Nicholas Martineette, 18, Flaggy Run Road, Courtland, on charges of violation of a provision of a protective order and two count of intentionally damaging any property/monument, less than $1,000.

Steven John Schulz, 45, Sir Timothy Drive, Virginia Beach, on charges of driving while intoxicated, second conviction within five to 10 years.

Thomas White, 38, Chestnut Street, Franklin, on charges of desertion/nonsupport, failure to comply with support obligations.

James Keith Lewis II, 34, Barrow Road, Capron, on two charges of child abuse and neglect, serious injury; prevent law enforcement officer from making arrest; refusal of blood/breath test, second within 10 years; and driving while intoxicated, second within five years.

Theo Ethan Beale, 21, Theo Ethan Beale, Edwards Street, on two charges on simple assault against a family member.
