NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

On Thursday, the 21st day of July, 2016, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Isle of Wight, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on the proposed issuance of general obligation bonds of Isle of Wight County (the “Bonds”). The Bonds are to be issued in the estimated maximum principal amount of $8,000,000 to finance the acquisition, construction and equipping of facilities and equipment related to public safety purposes and uses.

The public hearing will be conducted in the Robert C. Claud, Sr. Board Room at the Isle of Wight County Courthouse Complex on Route 258, 17130 Monument Circle, Isle of Wight, Virginia during the Public Hearing section of the meeting which will begin at 6:00 p.m. Interested persons may appear at such time and place and present their views.
