PUBLIC NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors at its meeting on Thursday, July 21, 2016 will hold a public hearing to consider the granting of an extension of its hunting lease with the Isle of Wight Hunt Club for one (1) additional year. The property upon which hunting is to be allowed is land shown as Tax Map Parcel Number 27-01-015. A copy of the proposed lease extension is on file in the Office of the County Attorney and the Office of the County Administrator, Isle of Wight Courthouse, Isle of Wight County, Virginia, and is available for public inspection.

Any person desiring to be heard in favor of, in opposition to, or to express his views with respect to, the proposed ordinance may appear before, and be heard by, the Board during the Public Hearing section of the meeting in the Robert C. Claud, Sr. Board Room, Isle of Wight County Courthouse, Isle of Wight, Virginia. The public meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m. The County of Isle of Wight is in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.
