The failure of the owner(s) of the above-referenced vessel(s) to comply with the provisions of Chapter 16 of the Isle of Wight County Code by August 25, 2017 shall result in such vessel(s) being deemed abandoned.  Such abandoned vessels shall be removed and disposed of by Isle of Wight County.  All expenses for such removal and disposal shall be reported to the Isle of Wight County Treasurer who shall collect the same in the manner in which county taxes are levied upon real estate and authorized to be collected.  Such lien shall be recorded in the judgment lien docket book in the Circuit Court of Isle of Wight County, Virginia and may also be reduced to a personal judgment and collected as otherwise provided by law.
