Montrail Je Quan Manley, 21, of Ashton Ave., Franklin, was arrested on charges of providing false identify to law enforcement officer and probation violation – felony.

Malik Newsome, 24, of Parks St., Seaboard, North Carolina, was arrested on charges of convicted non-violent felon possession/transport of firearm, taser, carrying a concealed weapon – third conviction and receiving stolen property.

Tyrone Monte Odom, 37, of 44th St., Newport News, was arrested on a charge of carrying a concealed weapon.
