Helping people transform their lives by changing their habits. She has founded consulting agency called Dare2Dream.
Sumbling noted that May was Mental Health Awareness Month, but “with the summer approaching and the various transitions this season can present for “normal” individuals, those struggling with mental health challenges may sometimes find it a very daunting and painful time.”
This seminar is open to professionals, caregivers, clergy, first responders or anyone simply interested in knowing more about understanding and living with a major mental illness, or supporting a love one who has been diagnosis with a mental illness.
This event is sponsored by Everdelighting Advocacy Center Inc. There is a $10 registration fee. Call 742-2391 to register or for more information.
