Riverdale Elementary School has recognized Laura Ellsworth as their 2018-2019 Teacher of the Year. Submitted | Tamee Railey
Riverdale Elementary School has recognized Laura Ellsworth as their 2018-2019 Teacher of the Year.
Ellsworth is a 2005 graduate of Southampton High School as well as a 2009 graduate of Norfolk State University, earning a bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and Elementary Education, with a concentration in History.
She has been teaching for nine years, all in which have been located at Riverdale Elementary School.
Currently, Ellsworth teaches first grade and serves as a member of the Riverdale Positive Behavior Intervention Supports Team.
Congratulations to her on her deserving honor as 2018-2019 Teacher of the Year.
