Staff Report — Courtland

According to officials, all eight students transported to Southampton Memorial Hospital during todays medical emergency are alert and responsive. According to that same official, at 3:30 p.m. some of the patient were being discharged from the hospital. Reportedly, the students ingested candy laced with an unidentified substance, with sickened all eight. A suspect has been identified and is currently being questioned.
