Windsor High School’s football team had reason to celebrate when the visiting Dukes triumphed over Northampton High School’s Hornets on Sept. 19, putting Windsor’s record to 2-1. The final score was 44-28.

Daequan Garris: In rushing, Garris carried 17 for 119 yards and had one touch down.

Malik Lee. In rushing, lee carried 10 for 126 yards and had four touchdowns, and received 1-26.

Gage Griffin: In rushing, Griffin carried 5 for 42 yards and had one touch down; passing, 1/5 for 26 yards and two interceptions.

Richard Vo: In rushing, Vo carried 2 for 14

Total rushing rushing: 34 attempts for 301 yards and six touch downs

Passing: 1/5 26 yards and two interceptions

Tyreik Lewis and Richard Vo led the Windsor defense with nine tackles each.

The next game starts at 7 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 27, at home against Brunswick.
