Tabor Baptist Church, Newsoms, opening with prayer; Elder Billy Blow praying before the meal; Glenda Worrell awarding giveaways and raffles; Frances Sharp announcing silent auction winners; and Joyce Diggs giving the benediction.

There will not be a keynote speaker for the occasion, though Del. Roslyn Tyler (D-75) will attend to make some remarks and announcements.
