COURTLAND — Mrs. Charlene L. Blow passed away on Sept. 26, 2019.

The funeral will be on Friday, Oct. 4, at noon, in St. Luke United Church of Christ, Sedley.

Visitation will be on Thursday, Oct. 3, from noon to 8 p.m.
