At far right, Walmart Store Manager LaFelicia Crawford presents $1,000 to coordinator Melba Holland on behalf of the Camp Community College’s Community Education Program, formerly known as Encore Learning. The funds came from the Walmart Foundation. In addition, 228 food items were recently collected by CEP members and donated to the local Food Bank. Trish Tsitera of the Franklin-Southampton United Way presented hats and scarves for cancer patients. Mary Helen Hilton from Edmarc Hospice for Children presented blankets for babies.
