To the Editor:

Now is the time for all good men and women to come to the aid of their country. If you’re old enough to remember manual typewriters you probably typed this statement more than once. It has never been more true than it is today. This election will determine the direction of our country for years to come.

I am appalled at the thought of our country embracing the socialist policies of Bernie Sanders and AOC [Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez].

Did all the soldiers from the Korean War to present die for nothing? Our soldiers gave their bodies and their lives to keep our country free. Is nothing sacred?

How can any knowledgeable American support the Democratic Party platform? Will we cut our own throat? Bigger government, higher taxes, redistribution of wealth, abortion on demand, socialized medicine, and the loss of our first and second amendment rights are on the table and more.

Now is the time for all good men and women to come to the aid of their country! Please be involved. Please vote Republican.
