NEWPORT NEWS – James Earl Stephens of Aberthaw Avenue, Newport News passed away on Nov. 26, 2020. The service for the Southampton County native will be private, however a public viewing will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, Dec. 1, 2020 from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m. A service with dignity will be conducted by Wm.
