Franklin police are seeking the whereabouts of man accused of touching children inappropriately.

Sgt. Scott Halverson, agency spokesman, said that at 4:29 p.m. on Dec. 18, the communications center got a complaint of an adult touching a child inappropriately in the 1600 block of Dorchester Street. An investigation was initiated and determined that there were two juvenile victims. Police have identified Lavale Vinyard of Franklin as the suspect.

Warrants are on file for aggravated sexual battery, prostitution and indecent liberties with children.
