WINDSOR – Sylvia Bowers of West Blackwater Road, Windsor, passed away on March 5, 20201, in New Jersey.

A public viewing will be held in the funeral home during the following times: 5 to 7 p.m. on Friday, March 12 and from 9 to noon on Saturday, March 13. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, March 13, at 2:30 p.m. in Chapel Grove UCC, 7366 West Blackwater Road, Windsor with the Rev. H. Carlyle Church Jr. delivering the message.
