Congratulations to ninth-grader Hunter Patterson for scoring a perfect 600 on the World History I SOL test.

Chris Gorgei was Hunter’s World History I teacher last semester. Holding his certificate, Hunter is pictured with Principal Travis Felts.

Felts is holding the History 600 plaque. The History plaque (and three other plaques for English, Math and Science) are on display in front of the main office at Franklin High School. Each time a student scores a 600 on an SOL test, his or her name is added to one of the plaques. This has been an FHS tradition since 2006.
