Franklin Police seeking another missing teen

Update: The Franklin Police Department has not yet located 17-year-old Brisa Cortes-Balencia but believes her to possibly be in the Oceanview area of Norfolk.
Earlier: The Franklin Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating another missing teen.
According to Sgt. Scott Halverson, spokesman for the department, 17-year-old Brisa Cortes-Balenica was last seen in the 200 block of Homestead Road on March 30 around 8:40 p.m.
She is described as being 5 foot 4 inches tall, weighing 130 pounds.
Anyone with knowledge of her whereabouts is asked to contact the FPD at 757-562-8575.
A day earlier, 17-year-old Zahreiah Gilliam also went missing briefly, but has since been found. Halverson said the two incidents appear unrelated.
