Getting your Trinity Audio player ready...

By Kashif Carter

As we view the issues of the world, there is no denying that the world could use a sense of positivity and change. “Changing the Narrative” allows individuals and groups to empower others in the community. You may be doing great by yourself, but it is time to combine resources and work together to change perspective. It’s not about how old you are, what color you are, or what church you attend; we are stronger together, and together we have the potential to change the world: one community at a time. Again, the time to act is now. In order to save the community tomorrow, we must begin to make a change today.

Meetings are held on the first and third Tuesday of each month. To ensure that we are not focusing too much on one business, organization, or church we meet in different locations throughout Franklin and Southampton County. The next meeting will be at the Ben S. Dillon Life Center May 4 at 5 p.m. and we will be discussing the next potential community event and date at that time.
