Accident in Drewryville results in fatality
The Southampton County Sheriff’s Office responded to a two-vehicle accident on Southampton Parkway in Drewryville that involved a fatality June 28.
In a press release, the sheriff’s office stated it received the call regarding the crash at 12:13 p.m. Once on scene, deputies determined that a gray 2001 Toyota Camry occupied by one adult male traveled through the median at the intersection of Route 58 and Drewry Road in an attempt to turn left onto Route 58 East.
