FRANKLIN – Vera Powell Bailey of South Street, Franklin, passed away Nov. 12, 2021. A homegoing celebration will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 23, at 1 p.m. at Move of God Ministries, 221 South Main Street, Franklin. The interment will be held in Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Sedley, immediately following the service. Masks are required at all services. Service provided by the professional and caring staff of Wm. M.
