FRANKLIN – Shirley Lee White of Franklin, passed away Dec. 8, 2021 in Consulate of Windsor. A public viewing will be held at the funeral home from 3 – 6 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 13 In Southview Cemetery on Tuesday, Dec. 14, a graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. with the Rev.
